Rights and obligations

The consenting party has reached the age of 16 or is older.

SKSF has the right to publish media of the consenting party without asking for permission in advance, but undertakes to use common sense and actively avoid publishing anything that the consenting party may find embarrassing or harmful to their personal reputation.

SKSF has the right to share media of the consenting party with a third party for the promotion of the association.

The consenting party has the right to withdraw the declaration of consent at any time. This must be done in writing by e-mail.

Withdrawal of consent can be for future photography, film and publication after the withdrawal of consent, or also photo, film and publication before the withdrawal of consent. In the absence of specification, only photos, films and publication after drawing consent apply.

The consenting party may request the deletion of published digital material and unpublished material of the consenting party. SKSF will delete the material as soon as possible. The consenting party is obliged to provide the necessary information such as a link to the published medium and/or a description of the medium in order to have it removed.

SKSF cannot guarantee that images and videos cannot be copied by a third party. If this should happen, SKSF can try to contact this party and ask them to delete the material, but SKSF cannot guarantee that this will be done.

When it comes to printed material (flyers, posters and the like) that the consenting party wants destroyed, SKSF will destroy any material they may have available. SKSF cannot destroy printed material to which they do not have access.
